She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in cinema and supervises PhD research on Indian cinema.
Emilia Bachrach completed the revision of the GET STARTED IN GUJARATI course. She has a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School where she studied South Asian Religions, and has received several scholarships, including the American Institute of India Studies Junior Fellowship, to study language and religion in India. She holds a PhD. in Asian Cultures and Languages from the University of Texas - Austin.
