Author Bio

Jacqueline Gonthier is a native French speaker and Senior Lecturer at the Bournemouth University Business School. Crispin Geoghegan is Senior Lecturer in Business and International Marketing at Bournemouth University. He was previously Principal Lecturer in the Language Department at Bournemouth University between 1990 and 1997. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Linguists.
