Reviews

This is a very valuable book for lawyers and other professionals who must know the law and culture of foreign venues where their clients contemplate venturing. For a lawyer who is guiding a client into a foreign clime to organize a joint venture, partnership or any other business relationship, this reviewer has one adjuration about this important book--don't leave home without it.-Commercial Law Bulletin
