The question which is pursued in the series of essays in this book is whether the conceptual underpinnings of competition law and international regulatory mechanisms are adequate or appropriate to deal with the developments raised by the new economy.
It is well written by experts-mostly academics who clearly know their subject. It will certainly be useful to other academics but I would recommend the book to anyone who is really interested in this area whether lawyers, economists or policy makersthis book will be terrific bedtime reading for anyone with an obsessive interest in the interplay between fast-developing new technology markets and government policy. -- Paul Brisby * European Competition Law Review, Vol 27, Issue 6 *
