Author Bio

Linda J. Ravdin practices family law exclusively with the firm of Pasternak & Fidis, P.C. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. She is the author of four treatises, including Premarital Agreements: Negotiation and Drafting (ABA 2011), TM849-2d Marital Agreements (Bloomberg BNA 2012), and Domestic Relations Manual for the District of Columbia (LexisNexis, updated annually) (with co-author, Hon. Diane Brenneman). In 2010 2012 she served as Co-Advisor from the ABA Family Law Section to the Uniform Law Commission Drafting Committee on Premarital and Marital Agreements. Washingtonian magazine has called her one of the nation's leading specialists" in premarital agreements. She serves on the ABA Family Law Section Governing Council.
