He is one of Irelands leading employment law specialists, having held senior HR positions across a range of industries and setting up his own legal practice in 2006, which offers a unique blend of practical and legal advice to employers. Alastair practises in the area of dispute resolution and advises on unfair dismissals, equality/discrimination, occupational stress, health and safety, corporate governance, trade disputes, industrial relations and general litigation.
