Author Bio

Deirdre Kennedy is a practising barrister on the Dublin and Eastern Circuit. Elizabeth Maguire is a Circuit Court Judge. Prior to her appointment to the bench, Judge Maguire practised as a barrister on the Dublin and Western Circuits. An accredited mediator and a member of the Bar of England & Wales, she was a senior counsel from 2021 - 2023.
