John received his BA from the University of Tennessee as well his JD. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar, the Eastern, Middle and Western Federal District Courts of Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and The United States Supreme Court. He is a faculty member of The National Business Institute where he teaches Continuing Legal Education classes to other lawyers.His office is located in Memphis, Tennessee.
