This includes advising on, and drafting, consumer credit and hire agreements of all kinds, regulated and unregulated, secured and unsecured, exempt agreements, credit card agreements, timeshare agreements, premium finance agreements, asset finance agreements; related documents, statements and notices, both pre-and post-contract. He advises on and drafts security documentation and issues, mortgages, bridging loans, guarantees, logbook loans, bills of sale and pawn receipts, including enforceability and priority issues. He has acted as adviser to the Consumer Credit Trade Association for over 30 years.
