Author Bio

Helen Johnson is a Barrister-at-Law, specialising in intellectual property and is a former member of the Board of Appeal at the Community Plant Variety Office in Angers, France, where she served for two terms. She has contributed to a number of journal articles and publications in this area. She also lectures at the Law Society of Ireland, where she helped to design the first post-graduate courses on intellectual property and trade mark law, and she has lectured on an IP course for foreign lawyers run by the Central and Eastern European Law Initiative in Prague. She is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator
