Author Bio

Karla Goodwin is the talented baker behind the boutique Auckland cake shop Bluebells Cakery. She perfected her craft while living in London where she worked in one of the UK's most prestigious cupcake bakeries, Primrose Bakery. Since returning to New Zealand in 2011, Karla has set up Bluebells and started selling at La Cigale, Auckland's French market. Her delicious, traditional recipes and eye for beautiful decoration and presentation have earned her a reputation among market-going foodies and those in the know.
