Theresa Culletto has been baking bread for more than 40 years. She runs her own bakery studio, Vineyard Baker, where she teaches classes and gives tutorials. She also works as a breaducator at local schools and libraries. Her Museum of Fine Breads includes van Dough and Salva-dough Deli galleries, and her work has appeared on BuzzFeed, Food Network, Good Morning America, New York Times, Parade, Taste of Home, Vegan Insider, and elsewhere. She lives on Marthas Vineyard, Massachusetts.
