'Molly Bakes', as she is known, is surprisingly new to baking. Two years ago, on the eve of her birthday, she found herself out of a job. Rather than mope, she took up baking for the very first time. She fell in love and has never looked back. Today her cake pops can be found everywhere from her Brick Lane stall to Selfridges, and include clients such as Vogue and fans like Eliza Doolittle.
