Tyler Malek is head ice cream maker and co-founder for Salt & Straw Ice Cream. Malek has opened 60 locations, created more than 1,600 flavors, collaborating with James Beard Award-winning chefs, renowned food artisans, and local farms. He has been selected as one of Forbes's 30 Under 30 for "changing the way America eats." His first cookbook, Salt & Straw Ice Cream Cookbook, was named one of the best cookbooks of the season by Eater, Delish, and Epicurious. JJ Goode is a James Beard Award-winning food writer and the coauthor of the books Everyone's Table with Gregory Gourdet, Pok Pok with Andy Ricker, and State Bird Provisions with Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski.
