Welcome to my international cookbook of desserts! If you enjoy baking, travel, and world cultures, then this cookbook is for you. Every Sunday at my house, I make a new dessert from various countries around the world. What started out as a weekly hobby quickly transformed into a deep passion. Each dessert is my own adaptation from the most authentic recipes I could find or was given. After much testing, tasting, and debate, I decided to include the recipes that received the highest ratings, so you're guaranteed to make and eat only the best of the best. I truly believe that there is nothing more pleasurable than the creative cooking process. It is my hope that "Sweetly Sunday" inspires you in this process so that you, too, can experience the adventure and delight of international baking. Enjoy!

Michelle Carlson is an extreme lover of both science and art. When she's not creating something delicious in her kitchen, she enjoys spending time with her hilarious husband, two brilliant children, and awesome cats. She currently lives on the outskirts of Salt Lake City, which is the perfect location for some of her favorite activities like hiking and camping. Additionally, she loves to play tennis, ice skate, write and sing songs, watch movies, go on long walks with her kids in the stroller, and travel anywhere and everywhere!
