Kathryn Connor did not have start a gourmet marshmallow company on her bingo card. Originally from Chicago, she studied at Hollins University, where she majored in creative writing and political science, before earning her J.D. at Marquette University Law School. After her first batch of homemade confections caught the attention of her friends and family, she ditched her lawyer life to pursue a sweeter endeavor. Now, as co-founder and co-CEO of XO Marshmallow, she oversees the production of all of the company's delicious treats and the people who make them. At home, Kat enjoys long walks with her small dogs, learning how to crochet (send help), and eating dessert before dinner. This is her first cookbook.
