Philippe Emanuelli is the author of "An introduction to the cooking of mushrooms', his first book published by Marabout in September 2011. He is a sommelier by training, an avid lover of mushrooms and co-founder of Cafe des Spores in Brussels, where he lives. His restaurant was given a good review by Times magazine.
