Jackson Boxer 'A truly beautiful book, full to the brim with delicious and approachable recipes. Jesse shows you just how irresistible and exciting vegetables are when cooked with care and imagination.' Skye Gyngell 'This book encapsulates everything that makes Jesse such a special and unique cook. Jesse Jenkins aka ADIP (Another Day in Paradise) is a chef and social media sensation based in London. Jesse's cinematic vegetable-focused cooking videos on Instagram reach up to 2.1 million views - solidifying his status as a new star on the UK cooking scene. A relative newcomer to social media, Jesse grew up in LA, combining work in a professional kitchen with life as a sponsored skateboarder. Almost a decade working as a fashion photographer in the UK followed, but it was cooking that always got Jenkins excited. Inspired by the people he has cooked for and alongside over the years, his food is fresh, fast and a bit filthy, with a laid-back Americana vibe - perfect for sharing.
