Author Bio

Anna Shepherd is a Food Stylist and Recipe Developer based in the South West of England. She is particularly passionate about vegetables and divides her time between developing go-to recipes, photoshoots and consulting on new products and concepts. She has written cook books on everything from vegetarian midweek meals to Middle Eastern desserts, and worked on food + drink brand campaigns and product launches. She's also an experienced Home Economist having worked on TV programmes for Channel 4 and the BBC. Putting vegetables at the centre of each and every meal and creating eye-catching and creative food is what inspires her most.
