Simon Dawson lives off-grid on a self-sufficient smallholding on Exmoor with his wife, 2 Great Danes and 187 assorted farm animals. He is the author of 3 books, The Self Sufficiency Bible, Pigs in Clover and The Sty's the Limit, and has contributed literally hundreds of articles to newspapers and magazines.
