Author Bio

Hlose Brion worked for fifteen years in fashion before pursuing her passion for cooking. She has contributed to ELLE, Elle Table, Madame Figaro, and Food 52, hosted hundreds of Instagram Lives since 2020, and launched her lifestyle brand Parsley by MMK. Christophe Rou is a portrait, fashion, and lifestyle photographer, as well as a film director composer. Together, they published Miss Maggie's Kitchen: Relaxed French Entertaining (Flammarion, 2020) and have collaborated with many brands including Ruinart, Opinel, and Zara Home.
