It goes through glasses, techniques, flavours and combinations as well as tips and hints for challenging your bar skills.
Grant started his career in the US before returning to his native London to manage the hip Zander Bar which earned 'London Cocktail Bar Of The Year 2000' and himself the prestigious title of 'UK Bar Manager of the Year' 2001.
Grant has also consulted all over the world, bringing with it global recognition. Working in the US, Bali, China, Japan, India, Singapore, Thailand, as well as setting up the hip new Lotus Bar in Hong Kong which has opened to rave reviews and designing the new bars and cocktail lists for the multi-award winning Ku-De-Ta in Bali including 'Cocktail Bar of the Year' at the Yak awards 2008.
In 2009 Grant was also named as 'One of the World's Greatest Hotel Bartenders' by Travel & Leisure Magazine in view of his services to Hotel Bars. Grant is now one of the most sought after guest speakers and lecturers at industry events and expos such as the London, New York, Sydney and Melbourne Barshows and well as being one of the world's most prominent bar consultants.
