Christina Barrueta is a multi-award-winning writer who has been inducted into the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame and received the Arizona Restaurant Associations Foodist Award for Best of the Best Food Writer. She is the author of Arizona Wine: A History of Perseverance and Passion and Phoenix Cooks. Her work is widely published in outlets such as Time Out, Mens Health, PHOENIX magazine, WhereTraveler, A Taste of AZ, and Phoenix Home & Garden. Christina is also an Arizona contributing editor for The Tasting Panel and The Somm Journal, where she writes her own column, Sonoran Scoop.
