Maeve is an award-winning foodauthor, journalist, broadcaster, television producer andpresenter, who has spent many years travelling anddiscovering food. Maeve's bestselling books include, Food Safari, Complete Food Safari, Italian Food Safari and the most recently publishedFood Safari Firein 2015.French-born Guillaume Brahimi is one of Australiasmost acclaimed chefs. He trained under Michelin-starredchef Jol Robuchon in Paris before moving to Sydney.His award-winning restaurant,Guillaume at Bennelongwon almost every major accolade in Australian food media, as well as international recognition.In 2009 Guillaume also opened award winning Bistro Guillaume in Melbourne and in2012 Bistro Guillaume in Perth.
