Glennie Kindred is a leading light of the UK green festival scene, organising the healing areas from Glastonbury to the Northern Green Gathering. She currently lives in the Deryshire hills with singer and songwriter Brian Boothby and their two children. Her other books include The Earth's Cycle of Celebration, The Sacred Tree, The Tree Ogham, Sacred Celebrations (Gothic Image) and Herbal Healers (Wooden Books). She is currently researching a book on traditional wedding ceremony and ritual.
