Maeve O'Meara, broadcaster, presenter, journalist and food lover, has spent most of her life seeking out great food, recipes and the clever people who make simple ingredients sing. Guy Grossi is an acclaimed Melbourne chef, restaurateur and food personality who revels in his Italian heritage and its many glorious culinary delights. Owner and Chef of Grossi Florentino and Mirka at Tolarno Hotel in Melbourne. He is the author of two beautiful cookbooks - My Italian Heart and Grossi Florentino - Secrets and Recipes, which won the Australian Food Media Book of the Year Award in 2004. He appears regularly on television but is excited to finally have his own show.
