Hes cooked professionally for nearly a decade and worked at restaurants all over the world, and he currently writes and produces recipe content for a variety of digital media outlets. He has previously worked as Senior Food Producer at MOB, where he produced content focused on technique and ingredients to deliver flavour, and is most known for his popular substack How I Cook.
