Author Bio

Adam Glick has spent more than a decade sailing around the world as a private yacht chef. Hes covered more than 100,000 nautical miles, visited 70+ countries, and accumulated stories for a lifetime. His travels and challenges while cooking professionally, combined with his passion for the outdoors, have primed him for a life of preparing five-star food in beautiful, remote, and off-grid locations. He has appeared on the television shows Below Deck Mediterranean, Below Deck Sailing Yacht, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Stoked. Adam resides in the Pacific Northwest with his dog, Tex. He enjoys cooking for friends and family, and continuing to create and inspire others to live free and eat well.
