Simon Gault, one of New Zealand's best-known chefs, began his food career at the age of 16 at Antoine's in Auckland. As former Executive Chef of the Nourish Group, Simon oversaw a collection of multi-award winning restaurant brands that includes Euro Bar & Restaurant, FISH, Jervois Steakhouse, Bistro Lago, Shed 5, Pravda and The Crab Shack.
