Elly Wentworth, Executive Chef at The Angel, Masterchef 2016 finalist and representative of the South West on the BBC's Great British Menu, has been cooking since she was 13 and studied Professional Cookery at City College Plymouth. She is the Winner of South West Chef of the Year 2014, and Winner of South West Young Professional Chef of the Year 2012 and 2014 and numerous awards for The Angel since she because Head Chef in 2018.
