The shop is deeply connected to Anthony's family history - his father, Kon, was a fishmonger at Footscray wholesale market for 40 years - and reflects the importance of seafood in Anthony and Laura's respective Greek and Italian backgrounds. Through their shop and the simple family recipes and advice in their debut cookbook, Anthony and Laura hope to inspire home cooks to broaden their culinary horizons and embrace seafood in all its incarnations.
