Reviews

"It's all impressivestuff - get it for a foodie-inclined MAMIL whonever wants to consume a gel pack again." -Inside Sport

"an elegant gift for a riding enthusiast with a love of good food." -Ride On

"Vlochef is not only a cookbook, but an insight into what it takes to be part of a pro cycling team, and is a must-read for anyone interested in cooking up performance on a plate. And the books present" -Weekly TImes (VIC)

"Vlochef is a recipe book, but it could provide you with a greater marginal performance gain than any set of carbon wheels or any piece of aero clothing. What you put into your body, directly correlates to what you will be able to extract from it in terms of performance. Henrik Orre has helped Team Sky in maximising their performances, and through Vlochef, he could seriously help you, too." - Bradley Wiggins
