Australian Chrissy Glentis is the co-founder and creative mind behind the low-FODMAP food brand Foddies. She has lived with fructose malabsorption and lactose intolerance since the age of 19, and was sick of going out to eat and not having any options other than eggs on toast (particularly frustrating in a foodie capital like Melbourne). Chrissy started Foddies with her husband Luke in 2014, and they ran cafes offering low-FODMAP dishes, which led to a range of packaged products that are available in Australia and the US. Chrissy has been a pioneer in the specialty food space, and she has been featured in newspapers and TV cooking shows for her simple yet flavorsome allergy-friendly dishes. She is currently based in NYC.
