After working in the food and beverage industry for a demanding 10 years, and faced with a diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and endometriosis, Bettina quit her job and researched natural ways to heal her body and mind. This led to her founding her wildly successful blog, Bettinaskitchen.com. Following on from Happy Food and 7-Day Vegan Challenge, this is her third book.
