Becky Excell is a best-selling author and full-time gluten-free food writer with a following of over 400,000 on her social media channels and over 1 million monthly views on her award-winning blog. She's been eating gluten-free for over 10 years and has written recipes for numerous online publications, as well as doing cooking demos at events including the Cake and Bake Show 2019.
