Reviews

"Reading through the most detailed information, one feels like having an easy conversation with a friend."--rb2040 "LibraryThing" (4/11/2022 12:00:00 AM)
"This book has answered every question that I could think of about owning and caring for a dairy cow, and has decreased some of my concern about being able to do it myself on our homestead. I only have praise for this book and recommend highly both for the information on becoming an owner of a dairy cow but also if you enjoy cooking with dairy products."--bookcaterpillar "LibraryThing" (4/29/2022 12:00:00 AM)
"What a beautiful book. It would make a wonderful gift for an aspiring cheesemaker or young farmer. It is beautifully photographed and the recipes, which are all dairy related, look scrumptious. Nice addition to a homesteading library."--mudroom "LibraryThing" (4/15/2022 12:00:00 AM)
