Sam Bilton is an author, historian and broadcaster who specialises in food history. She loves talking about food from the past and regularly takes part in talks, cookery demonstrations and TV and radio. She recently launched the Comfortably Hungry food history podcast. She winner of the audio category for a single podcast episode at Fortnum & Mason's Food and Drink Awards 2025.
