Jos Pizarro is an award-winning chef and bestselling author. He runs the successful tapas and sherry bar Jos and restaurant Pizarro in Bermondsey Street and Jos Pizarro on Broadgate, and a pub called The Swan Inn in Esher. He regularly appears on BBCs Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4s Sunday Brunch. Basque was one of Observer Food Monthlys Books of 2016.
