He's a local celebrity in the Midlands, UK, and hashas a weekly lunchtime presenting slot on BBC Radio Leicester.He frequently teaches and demos Chinese cooking. Kwoklyn is the brother of television celebrity GokWan, and the two brothers grew up working in their family's Cantonese restaurant.
