Katrn Bjrk is the creator of the blog Modern Wifestyle, which has more than 5,700 Facebook likes and more than 6,500 Instagram followers. Her recipes have been featured online by Martha Stewart, Food52 and Lucky Peach, among others. She grew up in Iceland and Denmark but now lives in Hudson Valley, New York.
