In her work as a food and travel writer, she freelances for Lonely Planet Guides, Monocle magazine, Konfekt magazines, The Guardian, The Sunday Times and is Courier magazines Athens-based correspondent. Based in Greece, Anastasia hosts retreats on her home island of Corfu, giving people a real insight into the worlds of her books.
