Author Miguel Maestre shares his culinary heritage and describes his childhood memories of growing up in a large household that revolved around cooking and eating. Miguel began cooking when he was 21, when he moved to Scotland. His progression was quick, working his way up through the ranks at Indigo Yard in the heart of Edinburgh.
