Denai Moore is an acclaimed British-Jamaican musician turned chef. Denai's pop-up, Dees Table, has received a lot of praise from the Metro, Vice, Dojo, and was featured on Jamie Olivers television series Jamie's Meat-Free Meals. As a recipe developer, Denai has written for the Guardian, and has held cooking demonstrations for Time Out.
