Author Bio

Leandro Carreira cut his teeth at Andoni Luis Aduriz's Mugaritz in Spain before coming to London and working at Nuno Mendes' Viajante as Head Chef, then later at Lyle's and Koya. His residency at Climpson's Arch in East London received five-star reviews. Londrino, his first restaurant, opened in Bermondsey in 2017 and his next restaurant, Claro, is opened in summer 2021.
