Author Bio

Sian Anderson is a media powerhouse and restaurateur. Alongside running Saint Music-her own record label alongside Parlophone Records-Sian also presents The Sian Anderson Show on BBC Radio 1Xtra every Friday and Saturday and a specialist DJ show on Mondays. She is also the presenter of Channel 5/BET's Big Money Munch, a culinary journey to uncover and celebrate the best Black-owned eateries in the UK.

Sian's kitchen has always been a space for connection and gathering. Her passion for food is grounded in sharing a meal with others for nourishment and enjoyment. She also took her mate Ed Sheeran's advice, and opened Octaves, a modern Afro-Caribbean restaurant in London in 2023.
Her first self-published cookbook, Sian and Her Son, published in lockdown in 2021.
