Author Bio

Ex-Gurkha soldier, Pemba Lama served in the British Army for 23 years, retiring as a senior Gurkha Catering Officer. He joined the Civil Service in 2003 and has been in the hospitality business for over four decades. He currently teaches the tri-service military chefs in catering-related subjects in the Defence College of Logistics at Worthy Down, Winchester.
