Author Bio

Richard, Earl of Bradford is a creative and experienced restauranteur with a passion for great food. Porters opened in 1979, and in many ways anticipated the current vogue amongst celebrity chefs for putting traditional British dishes back on the nation's tables. The restaurant has enjoyed critical acclaim and aims to sustain the values of honest pricing and high-quality food. Lord Bradford is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and is a former President of the Master Chefs of Great Britain. He also owns a web-hosting company and oversees the family estates in Devon & Shropshire.
