Stephane and Kate are the creators of French Cooking Academy, a series of online courses on beginner-friendly French cooking, as well as the Youtube channel of the same name, which boasts over 600k followers. They aim to demystify French cooking, with simple tips, basic recipes and step-by-step tutorials amateur cooks can use to better their skills. Stephane grew up in Fontainebleau, France. He and Kate now live in Victoria, Australia.
