She is the author of 10 cookbooks (including The Hungry Campers Cookbook and A Moveable Feast). She has been the Food Director of Family Circle Magazine, wrote the food pages for Australian marie claire magazine for several years and has written for most leading Australian and UK food magazines. Katy also works for Marley Spoon, one of Australias leading meal-kit delivery companies.
