Author Bio

Adam Liaw knows how Australian families eat. As a busy father of three, he understands the importance of practical, healthy eating. His approachable and family-friendly recipes are enjoyed by thousands around the country.

On television he is the host of the Destination Flavour series, the Adam & Poh series, Good Food Kitchen, and The Cook Up with Adam Liaw. He also writes and hosts the podcast How Taste Changed the World for Audible. As a writer, he is the author of nine cookbooks and is a weekly columnist for Sunday Life magazine and Good Food in The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age.

Adam has been appointed by the Japanese government as an official Goodwill Ambassador for Japanese Cuisine, and he is also UNICEF Australias National Ambassador for Nutrition.
